Parwaaz Action Plan will close the skills gap for the current and future workforce of Pakistan by:
- Pooling the vision and intellectual capital of business leaders, their local and international experience as well as deep knowledge through employing thousands in the workforce
- Developing concrete, implementable and time-bound initiatives
- Supporting them with policy and financial backing
